Ladies and Gentlemen, you have messaged me asking when Book I would be out in paperback and/or kindle, and after having waited so patiently, it brings me great delight to tell you that Book I is now officially on Paperback and Kindle!

In this overview, I’ll be covering the book synopsis, some details about both editions, some of the illustrators who helped me create the book, page count, prices, and how by being one of the first buyers of this book will help financially bless a ministry organization overseas. Let’s get into it!
Book Synopsis

After the murder of her parents, Virginia moves to East Tennessee to live under the custody of her distant uncle in his palatial estate. One day, while exploring her new quarters, she discovers a diary in an old room that has been locked off for over a hundred years. Ignoring the warning that came with the book, she flips through its pages and reads about a teenage girl from the 1800s named Rose Cohen, who once lived in the same mansion.
Virginia’s attention is gripped as Rose describes a nearby place called Alaythia—where men can turn into beasts, warriors can sprout wings from their backs and channel fire through their very being—and tells of how she was kidnapped and rescued by these same individuals.
Not long after, the very things Virginia reads about begin to manifest and hunt her down. Through the bravery and skill of Charles, her high school crush—who knows more about what’s happening than he originally let on—Virginia is protected and taken into another world: a world waiting for her, a world where she learns the truth about herself, a world that foretells prophecies of her unlocking an ancient weapon the dark ones fear—if she can be safeguarded long enough for it to come to pass.
Book Cover Illustration
The book cover was illustrated by Uri Hamman. For those of you who followed the series since its launch of the theatrical audiobook, you may already recognize the artwork.

Uri went the extra mile by providing the book’s cover with the custom dimensions, additional series title headings, and extra designs and texts on the spine of the book.
Every time I look at this book cover, I’m amazed at how beautiful it turned out! I wanted an illustrative piece that iconically conveyed the entire story in a single image. Uri delivered above and beyond, and I cannot recommend her services enough!
Paperback Interior Overview
The paperback edition was illustrated and designed by Brady Moller. If you are in the market of turning your manuscript into a paperback edition ready for print, I would highly recommend his services.
The artistic designs that Moller provided were chapter beginners, where the first page or two had a grey/black backdrop, illustrating a forestry scene, followed by regular black font, white pages thereafter.

A few fun notes that I was surprised to see were both the text messaging scene of the book and how he did the letter and diary of the book.
For those of you who have listened to the book’s theatrical audiobook release, you’ll remember that in one of the early chapters, Virginia has a texting conversation with her adopted sister. Moller has transformed that scene from a regular text format to look like this:

A step I was not expecting and one that excited me to see in the book!
Another area he touched up were the letters and diary of Rose Cohen. In the story, the main character, Virginia, discovers an old diary in the house she’s living in, written by a girl from the 1800’s.
The text of the diary in the original manuscript was separated by a single space, italicized, and followed by another space before returning to the book’s regular font.
Moller went a step beyond this and transformed the letters and diary scenes to look like a handwritten font, while not straying too far away from an easy-to-read text.

All these details were above and beyond what I was expecting, and I hope you enjoy this amazing artist’s creative expression as I did in discovering them.
Kindle Overview
Brady Moller also designed the Kindle version of the novel. While some things above also translate into the Kindle edition – the texting conversations and the font for the letters and diary – the chapter beginnings are illustrated different, as you can see below:

Once again, the beauty of these designs continues to amaze me!
In addition to this, one thing that exists in the kindle version that does not exist in the paperback is a table of contents, where each chapter title his hyperlinked, enabling the reader to click and jump ahead to the chapter the selected.

Page Count and Prices
The total page count for the paper back is 582 pages, and the kindle version page count is 743.
If you wish to purchase the book on paperback, the price is $19.99, plus taxes and shipping. The kindle version is $6.99; however, if you have Kindle Unlimited, the price, of course, is $0.00.
Ministry Donation
One thing that I would like to mention is that the first payout will be donated to an organization in Israel.
I will be donating ever single dollar and penny of the first payout to Bring Them Home Now, a ministry in Israel that seeks to create awareness and support for the hostages of October 7th.
While Israel and Hamas have reached a ceasefire, and the surviving hostages have all been rescued and returned to their loved ones, the recovery is only just beginning.
By being one of the firsts to purchase this book, you financially contribute to one of the many branches of Israel’s restoration from one of the most horrific events in Jewish history since the Holocaust.
A Special Thank You!
I would like to extend my gratitude to all those who have supported me over this long journey!
To my family and close friends who have been my early beta readers, to those who contributed by their financial donations, to the many who listened to the theatrical audiobook and wrote to me sharing their love and support of the series, to Uri and Brady for their amazing artistic talents that helped design the book, and to those who did such an amazing job at influencing and creating awareness to the world about this story’s existence.
None of this could have been done without you! And I’m so thankful for you all being here, because this book was done for you and all the others who are yet to read it!
God bless you all!
